Scroll down to the bottom of the thread menu page and you'll see the 5 moderators. Click one of their names and their profile will show. On their profile page is a link to send a private message to them.
Is it a question that needs to be private? As you've posted on a VIA/Vista forum then I assume that if you have a Vista problem then make it public - chances are other people are experiencing the same problem!
