Default via drivers for vista OS
PCI Controller Card 6-USB2.0+3-1394
GP-PCI-6U3F by AMPAQS this card has the via VT6306 and VT6214L chipsets and i can not get them to work for my devices cna anyone help me

You'll have to provide more information than "not work". Drivers are provided by Vista OS or by Microsoft through Windows Update. There are no Vista drivers available from VIA for this card.
