Windows Vista (well most editions anyway) come with Windows Movie Maker version 6.0. The program is pretty easy to use to create simple things like a DVD of family photos set to music, possibly with a narration over the top. You can also do simple edits and transitions of video footage. To create a true amateur masterpiece, you’d have to upgrade to a more advanced video editing package but for the simple fun stuff, Movie Maker does the job. To get started,
