The Dutch aren't too happy with Windows Vista's incompatibility with various types of hardware. In a five week investigation by Consumentenbond (the Dutch Consumers' Union), 5,000 consumer complaints were registered on difficulties in using the Vista OS and a preference for XP. Microsoft Netherlands refused the request to provide free XP packages to consumers of Vista that want to switch over. Their recentoffer on allowing users todowngrade from Vista to XP only applies to users of Windows Vista Business and Ultimate. Regular consumers are left out in the dark. Check out the public reaction to this news.
