Default PT800 + vista ultimate 32 Bit = CPU to AGP 2.0/ AGP 3.0 Problem

Hello

System's:
- Mainboard is P4V800-S (Via PT 800 chipset)
- CPU is P4 2,6
- Ram is 1.0 GB
- Graphic Card is Ati Rodeon 9550 based (ASUS)

I was using the system with Win XP SP2. I upgraded the system to Windows Vista Ultimate (32 Bit).

After installation, i found that the system didn't automatically install the graphic card drivers. So i downloaded them from ASUS. When i started the installation of the Ati Catalys, it said it couldn't find any compatible device to install driver. I downloaded Ati catalys from Ati and it gave the same error.

I checked the Device Manager and i shocked. There was no graphic card (weather installed or couldn't be installed with a exclamation mark) in the list of device manager. When i looked to the "Display Settings" of Vista, i found that it uses "vgasave" driver. I tried to uninstall that and try to update the driver with ati but it didn't work because there is no update button for that driver. I even disabled that driver but in that way the system didn't work properly. When i restart the system, i couldn't see anything on my display, so i opened the system in safe mode and enabled that driver again.

At device Manager, I found that there is a yellow exclamation mark on "Via CPU to AGP" whose drivers are supplied from microsoft. I come to viaarena and downloaded the latest 4in1 hyperionpro drivers (VIA_HyperionPro_V513A) for vista 32 bit and installed them. Nothing changed in device manager after restarting my computer. I thought to update the "Via CPU to AGP" driver which is supplied by microsoft to VIA version (when i installed the new 4in1 drivers, it didn't change that). I updated "Via CPU to AGP" driver with "Via CPU to AGP 2.0/AGP 3.0" driver which supplied by VIA itself manuelly (by forcing to uptade the driver with the new onces coming with new 4in1). After that installation, the name at the Device Manager changed to "VIA CPU to AGP 2.0/AGP 3.0" but the yellow exclamation mark didn't. It still exists. Ati Catalys (latest vista version) still cannot find my 9550 and there is no graphic card at Device Manager...

Is there any solution for that problem?
am i right when i say :

PT800 + Vista ultimate 32 Bit = CPU to AGP problem
and no agp graphic card can be used with that system properly???

Thanks

Also as i told before, when i installed the hyperionpro drivers, windows didn't change that driver. It was using "Via CPU to AGP" by Microsoft before installation and after it. So, manuelly, i upgraded the driver to "Via CPU to AGP 2.0/AGP 3.0 V 4.60A". But the yellow exclamation mark on that device is still there

No thats not the driver version, go into the device manager click or double click on AGP driver and it will give you the version.

I don't have any other AGP device on the list. I "checked for solutions" but vista didn't do anything.

The AGP XP driver is still installed, what happens if you un-install the driver and reboot.

When i uninstalled the driver and restarted the computer, it found a new hardware and installed a driver related with AGP. After that it wanted to restart the computer again. After restart, i found that information at the device manager list:

VIA CPU to AGP Controller (with yellow exclamation mark)

When i looked to details:

Driver Provider: Microsoft
Driver Date: 21.6.2006
Driver Version: 6.0.6000.16386
Digital Signer: microsoft windows

Device Status:
This device cannot start. (Code 10)

Click 'Check for solutions' to send data about this device to Microsoft and to see if there is a solution available.

Maybe there is a missunderstanding. when i told that i upgraded the system to vista, i didn't mean that i installed the vista on xp. I made a clear install.

When the vista installed, that driver information like that. Than i downloaded the last hyperion drivers and manuelly installed them. So that device name changed to "VIA CPU to AGP2.0/AGP3.0 Controller" whose provider is VIA.

So that means nothing changed, unfortunately
