VN896 and Vista Standard

I just noted my laptop with VN896 runs Vista Home Basic in Vista Standard mode, but there is a BUG when a window is maximized the background (default blue) gets black. If other color is selected instead the default blue the color gets dark when window is maximized.

Anything is working fine, effects and floating windows looks fine. Vista Standard is pretty better than Vista Basic, the VN896 runs smoother with Vista Standard except for this annoying bug.

Please, is possible fix this on new driver?

What you are seeing is the default action of Vista what ever version you use, if you search the net you will see loads of comments about this and it cannot be changed at this stage.
