Default VIA VT8237 RAID Vista Drivers?

Greetings, I have an
ASUS A8V Deluxe MB
AMD FX-60 CPU
2GB RAM
2x150GB WD Raptor X drives in RAID 0 on WinXP Pro
Radeon x1950 PRO 512MB AGP
I haven't been able to get onto ASUS's site to see if there is a new driver for Vista
edition. I read an article that implied the drivers would be on the Vista disc but I am too chicken
to to a clean install of Vista on my system if I can't get the RAID drivers to load during setup.
Has anyone had success with the VIA drivers on a new install or know if they will work with Vista?
Do you have alink for the drivers? Or know of a way to install the RAID drivers when doing a new install?
Thanks for the help.
Jan

Thanks for the info. I was actually able to find the drivers on the AUS site it just took some digging since their server was slow to respond.
I really like this new Windows Vista though it seems to give me a lower 3dMArk06 score 4950, than XP 5400.
It looks like I'll have to tweak some things in Vista to upgrade my performance.
Thanks again.

I used many xp drivers on this Vista and they worked ,the RAID ones should do it.The video and audio ones are problematic but the rest should work fine.

Maya, hang in there for Vista SP1, coming out soon. MS says significant performance increases along with expanded driver support. Chris.

You can disable the Superfetch service to gain speed on Vista... that service eats your memory and cpu! and its not worth it, i can assure that!
