Default Strange problem with Vista startup

Ahhh excellent thats what was wrong, but the next question is there any fix for this so i can leave my flash drives in my PC but still have it boot into vista?

Default Strange problem with Vista startup

RESOLUTION
To avoid this behavior, remove the USB flash drive before you run the Startup Repair tool.

So just run the startup repair tool with the flash drives removed and hopefully things will be fine after that.
