How can i change my 64mb to 128 or 256?

I only have a 64MB bcouz my AGP Aperture Size is only 64MB?.. and when i go to setup and i have 3 option only,, 16MB, 32MB and 64MB how can i change it to 128 or 256?.. With a share of memory?...

The shared memory and the AGP aperture don't have anything to do with one another. You can try increasing the aperture size if you want. Won't hurt anything.

When you say that "setup" only gives you those 3 shared memory sizes, do you mean the shared memory options in BIOS? That is where you would change that value. And 64Mb could be the limit of that particular board.

It could also be the limit that the BIOS will allow depending on how much total RAM is installed on the board. Example: if you only have 512Mb total RAM, BIOS may only allow 64Mb to the video. If you add more system RAM, the shared memory may increase.

Your best option, IMHO, is to get an add in video card. You can get up to 512Mb easily and cheap on an AGP card these days, and it doesn't subtract from your system RAM like the onboard does. Chris.
