The only way to get the screen resolution that you want is to ask Medion for a custom BIOS upgrade. Chris.

VIA/S3G UniChrome Pro IGP at 1440x900 problem
I have a MEDION notebook MIM2080 (VIA/S3G UniChrome Pro IGP 64MB shared chipset PM880-PM800-CN400, RAM 256, 1,50 Ghz proccesor and BIOS "Insyde Software SCU" 1.13 version) and I have an external Screen (LG FLATRON L204WS) because the notebooks tft broke
. So i bought an external (better!) screen so i can work with my pc. The problem is that i can't have 1440x900 resulation because its not supported. How can I make my video card support this resolution or higher? Any help will be appreciated because this resulation (1280x1024) is crap and i can't work properly (all thinks are wider!). Thanks in advance.
