1680x1050 driver needed for 22" Samsung T220

We just bought a new Samsung t220 but in our selection there is no 1680x1050 resolution, which the monitor is requiring.

Motherboard is Intel P5V800-MX with VIA P4M800 chipset, running on XP.

What driver should be installed so the 1680x1050 resolution will be available?

Have you tried to see if 1600 x 1200 is available? For some reason, XP tries to run 1680 x 1050 on my 22" View Sonic and it makes everything look squashed. I much prefer 1600 x 1200.

If the newer driver doesn't give you the resolution choice that you want, you will have to ask the maker of the board for a BIOS update that will enable that resolution.

BTW, Intel is the CPU, not the maker of that board.

Or install an AGP or PCI graphics card.
