Default TV Out troubles

I got a JetWay miniITX motherboard that I want to hook up to TVs - only problem is, I can't find any way to make the video output to the TV at all. There is no option in the BIOS - just by using the S3 ScreenToys application can I get to to output to the TV, and it won't even save the settings. It'll stop outputting to the TV as soon as I restart or even go into standby. This is just unacceptable.

Help?

...Also, I did upgrade to the latest drivers, and it did give me a few more TV out options, but none of which solves my current problem.

A quick trip to the manual revealed the mystery of the JP2 jumper. I have changed the jumper's position to pins 1 and 2, the TV-OUT function. As I will not have access to a TV until tomorrow morning, I'll just have the call it a night for now and I'll get back to you to tell you if it worked.
