missing vga and RAID controllers

I recently reinstalled my PC. Everything is almost up and running except now I have two errors: missing RAID and VGA controllers!
Annoyingly Windows auto find or the manual list finder cannot find the drivers.

It's like the VGA controllers are out there and so is the high onboard graphics but neither are talking or activating and i am stuck with a mid grade monitor \ graphics mode.

Are the harddrive\s connected to a Raid controller, if not, disable it in the bios and that error will go away. If they are connected the link has the drivers.
