Newest drivers are here: VIA Arena - Display Drivers see if they give you the resolution you want. If not you will need an add in video card, that is a really old board, not meant for modern video resolutions. Chris.

Exclamation Bios Update

Dear Mr. Chris,
Thank you very much for your kind help.
I updated the driver to version 6.14.10.276, dated 12/29/2005 but the resolution options didn't change.
Unfortunately I am using an EBOX and cant open the case to add Hardware to it.
I was told that upgrading the Mother Board Bios might also add the resolution options! Can you please let me know if it might and how I can upgrade the MB Bios.
As I mentioned before here is my MB Info:

Motherboard Chipset VIA VT8622/3 Apollo CLE266
BIOS Type AMI
System BIOS Date 09/04/05
Video BIOS Date 06/17/03

Thanks,
H.

Need to know the maker and model of the motherboard to find a BIOS update. Go to Majorgeeks.com and download Everest Home Edition. It's free. Run it and post back with the information. Chris.

O.K., not a lot of info that I could dig up, found the E Box website here: eBox the Mini Green PC Look on the back and get the model number maybe then I can find a BIOS update. Or, click on the link in the Everest report about BIOS updates (e support.com) let it scan the PC and find a BIOS update for you. Chris.

So E Support offered no BIOS update, just info? I could not find anything but drivers at the E Box website. Maybe you can e-mail their Tech support and ask them about a BIOS update to add the resolution that you want. Sorry I can't be of more help. Chris.
