Default K8M800 MB with FX 5700LE Locks up

I have a K8M800 MB Running Vista Home premium
I am trying to put in an NVidia FX5700LE AGP Graphics card.
It almost works! boots all the way up to windows I can login, everything seems to be fine but sometime within 10 minutes it will just lock up, screen stops changing, mouse and keyboard just quit responding, all I can do is a hard reboot.

Pull the card out and I'm ok again.

Here is more detail about the system.

Video card I'm trying to put in is
GeForce FX 5700 LE Model V5700LE-128 AGP-8X 128MB

Wow, that's an old card. I am surprised it works on Vista at all. I would recommend a newer card because it sounds like that one is bad. Locks up when it gets hot. Chris.

I am having a similar problem with the same board with the GeForce 6600, I have found info that the VIA boards have a problem with some of the Nvidia cards, I hope someone knows how to fix it.

I changed the AGP Voltage in the BIOS from 1.5 to 1.8 and it has not locked up since. And I can run Microsoft Robotics Studio (the reason I got the card in the first place)
Thanks Everyone
Rickle

The PSU is Hercules 400 Watt Switching Power supply, It does NOT have the extra wires for the v2.2 that are on the MB.
