Default Bluish pictures

First time user and computer naive,so please bear with me.
Have fujitsu siemens laptop AmiloPro v3515 running Windows XP
SP2. Has VIA Chrome9 HC IGP.

When I load digital pictures from any camera source (and to any photo program), my pictures always seem to have a bluish haze to them. I have tried resetting Windows colors to compenstate but no change. Can anyone tell me what changes I should make on the advanced setings on the VIA Chrome9 HC IGP properties to compensate for this.

Hope this enough information.

I get this from my digital camera when taking pictures under fluorescent lights, if I don't use the white balance feature of the camera to compensate for the lighting.

As long as all the other colors on your screen are correct, there is no setting to correct this without messing up all the other colors. Chris.

Thanks Chris for info.
I get the blue tint on outdoor and indoor pics.
I guess the best way is just to use PaintShopPro to
correct

You need to calibrate your computer monitor.. there are programs out there to help with this.

monitor color adjustment - Live Search
