I looked for a changelog of "P4M900/CN896/VN896 display driver for Vista, v21.06.01d" but could't find anything.

Is such information available somewhere?

Best regards

I was wondering, anybody knows if the CX700 display driver can work also on the P4M800Pro ?

I really need some new video driver for my P4M800 Pro. With Windows Vista here, screen starts to show ghosts/blink and when I play some video file, then its even worse, my screen gets freaking crazy and blinks even more (it's like some copy of some part of screen).

I saw that CX700 uses the same graphic card as mine (S3 Graphics UniChrome™ Pro IGP Series).

Well, you could try them, but the CX700 and the P4M800 are different Unichrome chipsets, so I wouldn't give out much hope. In the long run, you would be better off with investing in an add-in video card. Chris.

I have a Unichrome IGP chipset. When I pull up the s3G Display it has a CRT checked, but am running an LCD. The driver is dated 3/9/05 and the version is 6.14.10.212. Is there a newer one that would offer crisper video?

LCD monitors are Plug and Play. Even my expensive nVidia card sees my View Sonic LCD as a "Plug and Play" monitor. What is the native resolution for your LCD? Try setting at that and see if it looks better.

Without knowing the exact Unichrome chipset you have there is no way to find you a newer driver. If you don't know this information, you can download Everest Home Edition from Majorgeeks.com (it's free) The info we need will be listed under Motherboard Information. Chris.
