UniChrome Pro - After Driver Update No Hardware Accelation

I've a Via Epia VB7001G Mainboard with S3 Unichrome PRO IGP.

Cause of Screensize-Issues i've updated the Videodriver to v22.00.02L (VT3314_WinXP_22-00-02L_noSAMM.zip) from this Site:

VIA Arena - Display Drivers

After installing the full screensize was usable but now the hardware MPEG2 accelation doesn't work. MPEG2 Videos and view TV over a DVB-T Card produces 100% cpu load.

Whats going wrong ?
Wrong driver for this board ?

Ok, after installing the Hyperion Chipset driver (Version - 5.18a) hardware accelation is aviable. I wonder why the driver is not listet on the driver page for the vb7001g mainboard.

I still use the old vga driver (16.94.52.08) from VIA VB7001 Mini-ITX Board - VIA Technologies, Inc..
With this driver I've still Screensize-Issues. On the TV there is still a 1cm black border around the screen and it is not adjustable.

Is there any newer driver for this board ?
I need a driver which is additionally able to activate vsync to avoid tearing in my htpc-software (MediaPortal). In the driver config i havent found it yet.

update:

the driver gives still no hardware accelation. the reduced cpu load depends on lower color deep i've choosen (16bit). with 32bit the load raises to 100% and tv-watching is not possible.

Is there any via-hotline i can talk to to solve the problem ?

hardware + drivers:

vb7001g mainboard with cn700 chipset + s3g unichrome pro AGP IGP
newest via hyperion driver + newest igp driver

No ideas or suggestions for this problem ?
