When did this happen? Suddenly or after a reinstall or install?
Do you have the original ME drivers for your video?

OK.. new main drive? Storage drive? Did you reload Windows and then it happened? Need some specifics here.

Still not quite sure what you are trying to do. Run Win ME or run Win XP?
Regardless of which you are trying to do, if you have swapped drives from one PC to another, you usually have to reinstall Windows because the hardware in the PC's is different, and especially with Win ME. Always had driver troubles with that O/S. XP is very forgiving and you may be able to just install the correct drivers for the board you want to use.
So, let us know, which board, chip set and version of Windows you WANT to run, and we can find you the right video drivers. Chris.

O.K., these are the Win ME drivers for you onboard video: VIA Arena - Display Drivers
Uninstall any current video drivers from Add and Remove programs, then install the drivers that I linked to. Chris.
