MPEG-2 on UniChrome 2 Pro

Hello,
I've got IGP Unichrome 2 Pro on Ebox 4300 from DMP
And I need to run hardware acceleration of MPEG-2. How can I do this? Now mpeg-2 video is running very slow.
Operating system WinXP sp2
