Default Feature Transfer Error
I get the following error message when I install extracted setup file.

Feature Transfer Error
Error:- 1612 The installation source for this product is not available.

The weird thing is it works ok on my other os partition.

I have a ASrock 775DUAL-VSTA with two XP os.

Any ideas?

Were both of these OS' fresh installs on this Asrock board, or is one an older install from another board/ system? Chris.

Both are fresh Xp SP2 installs.

One is an audio optimized os and the other I use for games and everything else. It's the games os that has a problem.

I managed to manually install a couple of .inf's:

VIA Serial ATA Channel 0 -0591
VIA Serial ATA Channel 0 -0591
VIA Serial ATA Controller -0591

VIA CPU to AGP2.0/AGP3.0 Controller

But it's probably better to have them all or none at all.
