Need help about SATA Controller Card / IRQ on Precision 530

Hello,

I've bought two SATA Controller Cards with VT6421A VIA Chipset, from SABRENT:
Serial ATA (SATA) 1 External eSata port + 2 Internal Sata Port + 1 IDE 133 port RAID PCI Controller Card

I've added each one on two Dell Precision 530, PCI slot.

But none SATA Controller Card was detected!
I've done many tests, my BIOS (A11) is up to date, I've downloaded the last driver version from VIA ARENA:
VIA Arena - Display Drivers
But imposssible to resolve this problem!

I saw on the Web that this card requires its own interrupt (IRQ), I've tried some BIOS settings but no results!

Could you help me to run these Controller Cards on my workstations?
