old driver needed

I have an Apollo Pro 133A chipset and the latest 4in1 drivers do not work well on my system, i get about 10FPS in quake3 which I know is wrong but I dont have my driver disk for my mobo anymore.

Specs are

Pentium 3 1000mhz CuMine
SOYO 7VCA2
256mb PC133 CAS2
Geforce FX5200 78.01 drivers
Windows 2000 Pro SP4
DirectX 9c November release


From what I have read these boards suffer AGP preformace issues after 4.17 drivers and I'm looking for drivers from back then that also work on my computer. Is there anyway to obtain these old drivers?

I would not be surprised tat u get 10FPS in quake3 given the processor and 256mb PC133 ram and
Geforce FX5200 graphic card that u're having. Have u ever consider upgrading ur rig?

not to be rude, but I have played quake III on this rig alot before the crash and I had to reformt the hard drive, before this it got around 140FPS, so im well aware something is wrong.

Quake III came out back in 1999 back before my CPU even came out, and my specs are overkill for it at 10x7. I don't need to be told to upgrade I need to know where I can get the older drivers.

All downloads for SOYO SY-7VCA2 (including VIA 4-in-1 4.51v and 4.53)

Retro Chipset VIA 4-in-1 Driver version 4.43v (recommended by VIA for older chipsets)

nVidia FX5200 ForceWare 93.71 for Windows 2000 (Latest WHQL driver for FX5200 and Windows 2000)

Use Forceware 77.77 for your card or even Detonator 44.03 or Forceware 56.xx/67.03(search in Nvidia driver archive) because newer drivers have newer Open GL components.Is just a problem with the OpenGL version driver included in the Nvidia driver.For your system use Via 4.43 the retro pack.Also put Vertical synk on off.

thanks that fixed it right there T@2, was unaware that the newer OpenGL conflicted with the older one.
