Mr. Chris - I understand that and i have tried contacting VIA
with no response. Furthermore, the VIA website states "VIA has
its own technical support portal called
VIA Arena. This is a community based
website with a dedicated staff that offers
all VIA drivers
as well as product specific
support forums..."</p>
</p>
There is no other place to go to find information - and they are
supposed to by their own words have dedicated staff on here to
answer questions. I appreciate any members who might know something
on here but the fact is VIA should be answering the question. It is
truly absurd that no one who has their chip based boards knows when
they can go 64 bit and that we are stuck with a beta driver which
will not even work with the RTM version of Windows. I do not
understand how this is acceptable?!? We at least deserve as
customers to be told an ETA.</p>
</p>
Squall - For some it might not be worth it... Again as I said
before - I have specific reasons for needing to use it. Regardless
it is a 64 bit based system with a 64 bit OS and no drver to
support it. I do not want to argue the merrits of using it, as I
have my own reasons as do thousands of others. Btw, without having
the drivers how do you expect 64 bit games to even be made?</p>
