Vb 8001

hi,
i am thinking of setting up a little fileserver with the Via VB8001 1,6 GHZ Nano Board, and i got some little question

-how much are the power consumption in kwH (not only the cpu, the whole board)?
-does Ubuntu Server 8.1 suppourting this board, or do i need install some driver manually?
-can i use dm crypt or other no VIA CPU specific Programs to use on-die hardware cryptographic acceleration / Padlock ?
-its possible to dissable the GPU and Audio Unit to save energy?

ok if the support is such weak, i guess i have to search for regular intel/amd system, tanks anyway
