Default Via CN inconsistent video

[SOLVED]

Hi all!

A while back I purchased a VIA CN (10000 i think) and have only recently had time to use it for its intended purpose... to be the brains of an ancient and very expensive kiosk.

Unfortunately, video seems hit-and-miss. Sometimes the LCD will claim there is no signal, sometimes video will come up then there will be a glitch and a freeze. Sometimes it will work perfectly.

I have swapped out cables and panels and it appears truly random. Every time I think "that must be it!" it proves me wrong.

I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced this or knows about this issue? Do you think the board is fried or is there something can be done about it?

Thanks for your input. I'm not a terribly experienced system builder.

EDIT: Turns out it was the PicoPSU I was using to power it. Replaced with a regular power supply (for now) and everything runs great.
