EN12000 bios settings

First problem:

In the bios I have to choose the panel type.
That's simple, I've got an LCD panel.

But than the panel type has to be choosen for the native resolution of the panel.
Key in a hex number
Settings: [min=0000] [max=000F]

Which hex number corresponds with which resolution????
I tried several numbers, all resulting in a shutdown of the screen by WindowsXP permenently! That means even after setting the bios back to the default CRT.
I'l have to put back a back-up image to get things going again.

Who knows what the correspondings resolutions are to the hex numbers.

Second problem:

How to set the bios so I can whatch movies on my 16/9 PAL SD-tv?
