EPIA M700-no DVD read capability after wake-up from S3 (STR)

After wake-up from S3 (STR, suspend to RAM) VIA EPIA M700 cannot read CD's of DVD's in WINDOWS XP. Message - "D:\is not accessible. I/O device error". I have Sony Optiarc 7633A drive MASTER IDE. But very important is, that DVD images connected with Nero ImageDrive are not working too after wake-up from S3! Image must be reconnected. But if I need to read common DVD's after wake-up from S3, I must completelly restart my computer. It is very annoying. Please help me solve this problem. S3 is for me very useful.
