Default Geting Firewire into Epica Pic-ITX

Is there any way to get firewire into the Epia pico-itx board? I cant seem to be able to find any pins on it that would lead me to believe this is possible, nor cables, or literature on the subject. The whole point of me experimenting with this form factor is to build a video capture appliance and its just not gonna happen unless i can get a firewire port on the thing. Any ideas or suggestions?

Neither one of the Pico ITX boards offer onboard Fire Wire, nor do they have PCI slots for an add in card. I wonder if they make a USB to Fire Wire adapter? If not, you're out of luck. Chris.

Yeh, looks like im out of luck. Would have been nice to build a direct to had drive capture system for my video camera. Something nice and small that could be mounted right onto the cam itself.

P.S. USB port to cam works fine but detects my cam as webcam and doesn't quite allow for any real video footage to be captured.
