Default Odd behavior with PX10000G

Hey to everyone. Recently got a Pico ITX board and have been trying to test it out and load with ubuntu, but I quickly ran into a problem. The board powers on and will POST and boot to a CD. I can load up MEMTest X86 and it'll start running. Then BAM it just powers off. I thought it was the power supply, so I switched it out with another, but same behavior. They are both ATX power supplies, so I'll try a pico power supply from mini-box I have tomorrow. I guess I just wanted to know if anyone else has run into this problem. Thanks.

I recently had the same problem with my Artigo. After trying many things, I updated the bios and now it works fine.
