Cannot get response from support mini-itx.com (RMA)
Hi,
my VIA EpiaPX mobo died and I requested a RMA on this store (where I bought it) to send it back for replacement or repair. I got a RMA and then sent the item/package but after more than 15 days I don't get any response (email) from them about the RMA status or if they received it correctly.
So my question is if anyone had any similar problem with this store?
Same problem here, I requested a RMA 4-5 times via email before they bothered to respond. It has now gone 30 days since I shipped the faulty mobo and I still havent recieved any updates. :<
No news too, it seems they don't update their website a long time ago (10th october).
I bought the mobo outside UK and I finally made a legal complaint on ECC (European Consumer Centre).
So if I have any news I will try to post it here.
