Doubts on VIA EPIA Board

hello,
I have connected Frontech TV Tuner Card to the PCI Slot1 of the VIA EPIA-CN 10000EG Board and I am using Windows Operating Systems on that board.when I am trying to run TV using that Frontech TV Tuner Card I am Getting the "No Capture Device Found and Couldn't Initialize the Capture Device" Errors.I have tried by connecting the TV Tuner Card to second PCI Slot by using the Multiple PCI Connector.But I am Getting the Error.
I have some doubts about the board.Does the board supports the TV Tuner Card or Not? Well, if it Supports which type of Tuner Card it Supports and how it will works?
So,Please can any one give me the clarifications about my doubts and rectify my problems.
