NX1500G and LVDS-08G

Hi, I bought a EPIA NX15000G and the second LVDS output board (LVDS-08G) to use in a CarPC.

I have a Toshiba 8.9" 1280x768 18-bit LCD, but I need to know what "LCD type" to program into the BIOS.

Also, I am told I need a special BIOS version to run the add-on LVDS module, but this wasn't mentioned in the manual for the module or anywhere in VIA's website.

The manual for the NX15000G board's BIOS states that it supports LCD types 0x00 - 0x0F, I presume this means that they support only 16 types of LCD panels. Does anyone have the table for the 16 formats?

For example:

0 = 640x480 18-bit
1 = 640x480 24-bit
...
14 = 1600x1200 18-bit
15 = 1600x1200 24-bit

I have tried using VIA's web-contact form, but after more than a week I haven't even gotten an acknowledgment... (not very reassuring).
