Default Replace C7 with a Nano on Nano-ITX boards

is possible to replace a C7 with a Nano on Via Nano-ITX boards (say EPIA N700 or NX). I mean, is the processor removable on these boards?

Default No

Both are BGA (ball grid array) which means they are factory soldered into place using contacts in a matrix layout.
I don't think you can remove the existing CPU without damaging it and the board.
