DVB-S/S2 Duor core HDTV+HDMI+CA slot reader

Hi Guys

Just recently found this place and i have found it very very usefull.

Now i have a querie, infact is more like of some advice of which product to get in order to develop something either in linux or windows.

So basically i will cut my story short to we can move on to information necessary.

I have tried contactin a few DVB-S/S2 HDTV motherboard manufacturers in order to get something to develop a new STB hybrid for Satellite/terrestrial/Internet tv, amongst other things like , Internet browsing , media center, and extras...

But have been denied help unless i pre-order $1xxx xxx .

The issue is i first need to develop so i find if it will have success.

So i have now turned in to a PC based machine for my developments.

But first i need to know wich board and which cpu are best for my testings..

So my motherboard requirements are:

1- CPU duo core built in with mpeg2 and mpeg4 h2.64
2- SCART+HDMI+VGA+DVI+RCA AUDIO/video conection
3- DDR 1GB/2GB RAM memory
4- Smartcard reader for Plastic tv card subscriptions
5- 1 or 2 LAN for Internet network conection/browsing
6- USB connector
7- Support for 2 PCI slots for HDTV and SD mpeg2 tuners
8- HDD internal support with max capacity up to 500GB



So anyone would recommend a good motherboard that could possibly support my topics?
