Default RAM for EPIA 5000

I have an EPIA 5000 mobo and a 256MB single sided PC133 SDRAM
module. When I power it up I just get continuous beeping and no
display. I believe this means the RAM is faulty or the incorrect
kind (or possibly I have fried the board trying to install it).
The RAM I have is generic and has the following codes on it

PC133 CL3 256MB

UD256133N38A21112204

Does this tell anyone what type of RAM it is and if it is
correct? I have no other machine suitable for testing the RAM
in.

Thanks for any help anyone can offer me.
