USB Flash Key causes crash and black screen on insert and removal

When I insert my 64Mb USB Flash Key I get a blue screen error message from VSATAVSD.VXD. The screen goes black, but revives the windows when mouse moved around. Flash Key doesn't work. Same black screen on removal. Key works fine on all other systems I have used it on. Key then blocked by ASD. Only time it works is if I unblock ASD then reboot with key in place. Works till I try and reinsert it.

My system is a new MSI KT6 Delta FISR with AMD 2100+ XP processor, 512Mb Ram, 40+20Mb Harddisks, Richo DVD-RW, Sony CD-RW, Crative PCI 128 Soundcard and Realmagic Hollywood+ decoder card. Running Win ME
