Via USB controllers doesn't work with MYSON CENTURY CS8813

Hi,
There are new chip produced by MySon-Century named CS8813.
This chip dizayned for use portable USB Hard Disk drives.
My problem is my USB Hard Disk doesn't works properly on my Asus A7V8X which brandnew via chipseted motherboard.

There is a lot of computer in my office, two of those computers are uses via chipset and others are uses NEC chipset or Intel chipset. I tried my USB haddisk on all of those computers. Than i saw only via chipsetted computers doesn't detect my USB Hard disk.

I made a clean Windows XP install on my Asus A7V8X and applied Windows XP Service pack 1. Than updated usb drivers with VIA_USB2_V258p3-L.zip file which newly downloaded viarena.com. But no way it doesn't works.

Is there a any knowledge about this problem ? Any suggestion ?

Additional note, My mother board has 4 usb socket, one of them is USB 1.0 others are USB 2.0. My USB harddisk works on USB 1.0 port.
But this is not usefull ofcourse. Because too slow for 40 GB harddisk.
