problems accessing usb flash drive
Hello,
I have a new computer with GA-V800PMD-775 (VIA chipset) motherboard and Winxp. Everything works just fine, but when I try to connect a flash drive (disk-on-key / pendrive) the system says "usb device nunrecognized" and the drive cant be accessed. I tried several drives, all of them work well on other systems, and it is always the same. Any other devices connected to USB (printer, webcam) work fine. But, if I turn off the computer, disconnect the AC power, and then connect it back and turn on the computer - then it has no problem accessing the flash drives. Any ideas how to overcome this problem?
