VT6656 WLAN Controller driver problems

i have Windows vista 32 bit, and the wireless internet was working fine until i updated the drivers to version 1.26, which when i turned it on it went to blue screen, and version 1.23 and 1.18 work fine for 20 seconds then they just stop all activity until i reset the wireless device, and they do the same for 20 seconds and then nothing, i have tried to change the settings but nothing works, can i get some advice or some older drivers that work fine, any help would be appreciated.
