low profile heatsink for NX15000G

I am looking for an off the shelf low profile heatsink for the Via NX15000G. i can calculate the thermal loading required for various heatsinks if required but ultimately a low profile direct after market replacement would be nice if any one knows of any (slight mods are ok too). A heat exchanger or heatpipe would also work in this application. the current heatsink fan is 34mm tall and has plenty of room to spread out over the design to reduce the height.
