Also, keep in mind that the June 30, 2008 cut-off for Windows XP only applies to retail full, retail upgrade, and Royalty OEMs (with certain exceptions).

OEM System Builder versions of XP will be offered through January 30, 2009. e.g.

XP Home OEM System Builder version @ Newegg

XP Pro OEM System Builder version @ Newegg

Also available in 3-pack and 30-pack OEM System Builder SKUs. Additionally, Vista Business and Ultimate Editions have downgrade rights to XP Professional. So you can buy Vista Business or Ultimate, use XP Professional for as long as you want, then install Vista whenever you're ready - for one purchase.
