Ah ok. The reason i was asking is taht i heard Overclocking dramatically reduces the lfie expectancy of your CPU and i thought that if i didnt need it to be overclocked, then keeping it at stock would make it "healthier"

What reduces it is heat, and right now your temps are very good. Adding voltage also produces much more heat, which in turn is bad if your run hot all the time.
Just remember to keep a eye on your temps, if they start to go beyond 60c then clock it down. Also make sure to blow out the dust once every 1-2 weeks, dust makes a great insulator which means more heat!!
So have some bloody fun now playing games!!

Hey , i was playing on Unreal Tournament 3 earlier and i must say it runs soooo smoothly compared to what it used to , i didnt think overclocking a CPU wuld have that much of an impact :P

Anyway, whilst i was playing i was getting periods where it would freeze for about 2-3 seconds . For Example, if i turned around a corner sharply it would freeze for 2-3 seconds then it would return to normal . This only occured 3 or 4 times but is it something i should be concerned about?
