Would it be difficult to get it up and running and is leaking a risk factor to be consider?

Water cooling can be very risky. You don't just buy the parts and decide to slam them together.

First you have to understand how it works, after you've had a month of two of that, then you can work on getting your hands wet. It is not something to take lightly, when you mix water with electronics, that's always a recipe for disaster.

Leak testing should go for about 24 hours, after that your good to go.

hey jomo...that looks awesome.
So the cpu waterblock AND the pump are combined!?....and your also using the
top of the rad as the fill-port, and those fans are pushing air through the core?
...wow how things change so quickly....that sure makes a very simple and clean loop.

sure you dont need the 77 bonneville heater core?

Hey Wrenchman,

The block and the pump are one. It puts out 1.5 gph and 10 foot of head pressure, so it's quite a capable unit, and you are correct, the reservoir is part of the radiator.

I have 2 Antec Tricools blowing through the rad*pushing* through.

I actually thought about going with 2 heater cores, but, I wanted something *compact* and the dual heater cores would have taken up alot of space, making it more *frankensteinish* than anything else.

Check your pm

..Jomo, thanks for the info.
Now that you have been water cooling with that system, how would you
say it compares to a good air cooler like the Zalman CNPS 9700 ?
Would you have not been able to overclock your system as far with Air?

Its been said over and over again among watercooling/overclocker enthusiast's
"never buy a kit".....swift tech has deffinatley been changing that opinion.

Wrench,

I have the Zalman 9700 and also an Ultima 90, which cools better than the Zalman, but it's taller.

Comparing my water set up to the best air cooling, just wouldn't be fair. The only aspect that is close, is the idle temps. I can push more volts through water than I could dream of doing with air, it's just so far ahead it's not not even funny, just like night and day.

It is a kit, but you still have to put all the pieces together and this is the only one worth buying on the market that is sold as a *kit*
