Default Antec 900 New case questions.

Ok basically, im thinking of getting an Antec 900 case. Those of you who are familiar with this case will know that the PSU is fitted into the bottom. What i want to know is , because theres a fan on the under side of the PSU (Coolermaster eXtreme Power 500W) , do i simply flip the PSU upside-down, so that the fan is ontop? , will it work the same way?

Also what ive noticed is , in the back of the Antec case , next to the rear fan is the square area where the component leads all connect (USB , PS/2 etc) , does that come out ? Because the layout is different to that of my motherboard.

Mikesan.

Yes, you just flip the PSU upside down, so the fan is facing the top of the case.

Yes, on all cases these pop right out. Most of the time they will fit your motherboard or have breakouts that you just open to allow for whatever configuration you may have. You may just be able to pop out yours in your current case and use that one.

Here is some good pics of the Antec 900.

To add to what Kilroy said about the "pop out" for all the circuit board's connectors, if you are getting a new main board, it will come with it's own cut out that you just " pop in". Nice case, BTW! Chris.

I just bought that case to replace my old lanboy and it's a very nice case plenty of room and much air flow going on. You'll like it.
