This is the latest problem to hit nVidia, and it's a big problem. First it was uproar over hacked video drivers to skew 3D Mark scores. Then it was no DX10.1 support. Now it's bad silicone in all the video cardsa and onboard video for the 8300 thru 8600 series. All Nvidia G84 and G86s are bad - The INQUIRER. Good thing the XFX 8600 card I have has a lifetime warranty! Chris.

I wouldn't believe Everything on the WEB as the Gods Honest Truth
Especially that source, "The National Inquirer" Oops, I mean "The Inquirer" All Companies pull boners, LOL!!
Just seems like NV is being Targeted BIG TIME, now. When there's no NEWS, make something up
Honestly, Business is Business, all big Corporations do cut throat stuff. NV, just seems to get caught more. Or are they really just EVIL

I highly doubt NV meant to release bad chips.
But hay, it Happens. If all this stuff is true. Then NV will be
closing it's doors, what with ATI kicking major A$$ lately.
IMO, the 8800, 9800, GTX200 Series are all great cards. As well
as many, many others from NV. My old 6800GTOC is still kicking
butt!! By Golly. The 6800 series was a major break through in GFX cards. Just like the 9800 was for ATI, and so on.
Back and forth it goes, where it stops nobody knows. Never had a bad NV card Myself, knock on wood.

These 2 Companies need one another, one dies, and the end user gets screwed...
DX10, crap very few games use it, DX 10.1, no games use it.
DX11 why are we even thinking about DX11? Or 10.1 Seems kinda mute to me? Maybe in TEN years...
