Looking for USB driver for Lunux: MB - MTC86500; South Bridge - VT8235, NB - CN400

I have a laptop with:
Motherboard - MTC 8650; South Bridge - VT8235, North Bridge - CN400 (reported by Everest Ulitame Edition 2006)
I tried Ubuntu 10.0 live CD, Knoppix 5.1.0, Backtrack 3 - nothing. The USB is not recongised. Throws some errors at startup.

Any ideas?
