There are no diagnostic tools specifically made by VIA. There are several "universal" tools available, Si Soft Sandra is a good one.
If you can provide more specific information we can try and help you as well. When you say your PC "gets stuck most frequently" can you describe this a little better? Does Windows stop responding? Do you have to push the Reset button and restart the PC?
When did this start happening? Just recently or always? It could be a power supply that is going bad, could also be the RAM memory is failing.
Also, when you run the Sandra tool, can you let us know the model of your MSI main board? Chris.
