What operating system are you using? XP, Vista etc. To check the sound drivers are there any errors in the device manager to do with sound/ multimedia.

i am not sure what you are saying
I use xp and as i sayed i had a file and i deleted it by mistake and now i can't listen anything

If you go into the device manager you can check to see if the sound drivers are installed and working. At the moment we don't know what file you deleted so checking sound drivers is a good place to start.
