when im gaming im not multi tasking or listening to music. normally i turn off in game music.. but for videos i will turn it on low sometimes. but i would never record any music into a movie of mine that was not in game.because of copy right crap..

i see game videos all the time with commercial music playing in the back ground. them that own rights to the music can sue.unless you have their permission..id guess 99.99% of all with such music in those videos do not have such permissions..

and when im gaming or making movies. i cant have other programs running in the back ground. if i need to hear music while i play. i will turn on the juke box on my other system.i have 18gigs of mixed music mp3's playing on jet audio player. i can hear a different song 24/7 for 2 months or so. or use my stand alone stereo..

now for games i have that have built in music. and what i think was pretty cool is prey and gta vc.. prey at game start you could pick some songs on the juke box. and any that have played gta vc knows about the radio stations and mixed genre on car radios etc.
